How long will it take to receive my order?
When products are in stock please allow 2-4 days (more for rural addresses). Our customized products will require 2-4 weeks.
Can we be invoiced for an order rather then purchase online?
Definitely! Just send us an email to expressionsofwinter@outlook.com and we will sort this out with you.
Do you have a shop I can visit?
Currently we are not stocked in stores but will be shortly.
If you are a childcare setting/school and would like to see our products with your own eyes, send us an email and we will see if we can pop out for a visit.
Can I make changes to my order once purchased?
In most cases yes, as long as you get in touch with us as soon as possible to ensure we haven't already made your item :) Again, send us an email to expressionsofwinter@outlook.com
