New Zealand Statutory Compliance: If for any reason our products are faulty or not up to standard we will endeavour to resolve the issue and replace/repair the product as per our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. 

Health & Safety: We aim to make our products as safe as possible however, please note that none of our products are designed for teething purposes. Please supervise use of products appropriately.

Pricing & Product availability: We aim to have reasonable prices on all our products however we reserve the right to make changes to our prices at any time. Products already ordered will not be affected by any price changes. All products on our website are in NZD.

Product materials:  All of our products are made with pine. Any hard coatings are made with The Natural Paint Co materials and are eco friendly.
